Transparent Stage-Based Payments
Our payment structure is designed to give you complete clarity and peace of mind. Each stage of the project, as outlined in the BOQ, is divided into three milestones — 50%, 25%, and 25%. For example, during the foundation stage, payments are released in these portions as work progresses. 100% work done at each stage = 100% payment made at each stage. Ensuring there are no excess charges, no upfront burdens, and absolute fairness throughout the process.
